Recently bought this shock wave unit mostly for my wifeโs hip pain, but both my son and myself have used it for hand & wrist and ankle pain. Still early (about a month), but this product has demonstrated great quality and results so far. Using it for my shoulder mostly, a couple times a week and I am feeling a difference. The pain relief is extremely noticable as is the range of motion I am getting back. My wife helps me stretch the shoulder before I use the shockwave device. Following this, she performs two sessions back to back on each of the shoulder areas specified on the shockwave machine. We found it more effective than doing a single session. She also pushes down on the wand a bit to generate deeper shockwaves. Makes s big difference!

I used to own a cheaper thing for 800USD, and it broke on 8-10 use. This thing one can tell is built differently. It's monumental, you can see quality and details are important. It's easy to use from the box, manual is not hard, the only thing I wish was there: more convex heads (I don't know why, I just see these cheaper models with many heads, they might be not needed, but still). Overall, I'm happy. And the warranty is 1 year. Don't forget to read the manual and buy some gel (it's cheap) and oil for maintenance every third day.
